travel

Sunday and Monday were travel days. Stopped in Outlook, SK to walk across the "longest pedestrian bridge in Canada". it is on an abandoned rail crossing with a great view of the Sask river valley.
did an overnight by Regina and then on to Winnipeg, where we ran with the Winnipeg Hash House on Monday night. We are almost getting used to running in 35 degree heat! of interest is that since there are no hills to climb they actually do step exercises during the run?!? Hospitality was great, had a lot of fun.
Tuesday was a relax day, a few beers and lunch at the Forks. Humidex was 44 so a little warm for doing much outdoors.
